Managing Director - Kenny Constructions Pty Ltd

Finnian, a Formwork Carpenter by trade, established Finnian Kenny Pty Ltd in 1994. As the company began to grow he changed the name to Kenny Constructions Pty Ltd in 1998. Finnian is self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and with a clear focus on high quality. Finnian oversees all project developments and is directly involved in all aspects of company management. He liaises with all clients and construction staff as well as the recruitment of employees. Finnian is a natural forward planner who critically assesses his own performance and is result driven.

Bernie Kenny

Accounts Manager - Sydney Office

Bernie holds a Certificate in Banking and has worked mainly within the Financial and Human Resources industries.  Along with a small team, Bernie has been managing the accounts and payroll office since Kenny Constructions Pty Ltd was first established.

Robert Creedon

Construction Manager

Robert has 10 years of civil infrastructure engineering experience. Robert understands the unique challenges of planning and delivering complex projects in a diverse range of environments. He has successfully implemented a range of project delivery mechanisms, skillfully harnessing resources to ensure successful deliverly of Projects.

Robert has been the driving force behind the successful expansion of the business. He attributes this largely to his passion for the work, leadership and investment in quality people, recognising the critical role they play in the growth of the business.

Colm Rafferty

Procurement Manager

Colm Rafferty is a Procurement/Logistics Manager who has been working with Kenny Constructions since October 2016. Colm has a background in retail customer management, marketing and performance management. Colm holds certificates in, Performance Management, Sales & Marketing, Supervisory Management & Electrical Test & Tagging. Colm ensures all items procured are at a competitive rate and he organises the complex register and daily management of all tools and equipment to various project sites.

Danny Lane

Plant/Logistics Manager

Danny Lane is a Plant/Logistics Manager who has been working with Kenny Constructions for 15 years.  Danny is in charge of asset and plant management and purchase orders of on-site plant, machinery and materials.  Danny successfully delivers commercial materials to our many large and complex projects and has an indepth knowledge of all our projects needs within the civil and tunnelling industry.
